For 2022’s valentine, I threw it back to The Darkness’ biggest mainstream hit, “I Believe in a Thing Called Love.” I vividly remember singing along to this song playing Karaoke Revolution. The majestic nature of this glam rock hit is unmatched, and those guitar riffs still stand up.
Since 2014, I’ve created an annual valentine that I print and mail to my friends, family, and peers. It’s my way of reclaiming Valentine’s Day as an occasion to empower friendship and connections.
